Can I add custom detail/timescaled fields?

I need to show the percentage of Remaining Availability in the timescaled
portion of a view. Presently, Remaining Availability is shown in hours. Can
I add a custom detail/timescaled field that would show it as a percentage
((Remaining Availability / Work) x 100)?
