Can I attach a ppt presentation in an e-mail without...

I'm wondering if anyone can give me a hint on the
following?

I'm e-mailing a Powerpoint presentation attached onto an e-
mail for others to review. Is there any way to send this
ppt without the TOOLBAR showing up? Is this toolbar needed
for others to open it? I'm puzzled and after spending lots
of time & effort trying to figure it out, I turned to
y'all. Thanks, SPUD

Which toolbar, Spud? If you want the file to run as a show (i.e., full
screen), then just rename it in Windows Explorer with a *.PPS extension
instead of PPT. Or do a File/Save As and select PowerPoint Show.

If it's a specific toolbar, please be more specific. :)

Is it possible that the show is set up to be viewed by an individual in a
window, instead of full screen, and that you are referring to the menu bar
that appears on the top of the screen? If so, you can go to slide show>set
up show and choose to have your slide show presented by a speaker in a full
screen. That will eliminate any bars that are shown.
