Can I change an Admin install client to a Local Installation Sourc

I've inherited a bunch of machines with Office 2003 Pro on them that have
been installed and patched via an Admin install point. I'd like to
reconfigure them with a Local Install Source. I noticed the LISTool.exe on
the Microsoft Office Res. Kit site that looks like it could help me out. I'm
just not sure if it will enable us to reconfigure Admin installs to Local
Install sources.
