can i create a playing card that flips to reveal value the value

can you help i'm trying to create a card game presentation for children
fliping the card of thier choice to reveal a value whch will change randomly
can this work ?

Not really, PowerPoint doesn't generate 3-d objects that can be manipulated.
You will ahve to be satisfied with what can be done in 2-d.
