Can I "Delete Category" Junk ...

I don't use Entourage's content filter and do not need the category "Junk."
Is there any way to delete this category from Entourage?

I believe not since it is designated as a special category with some special
characteristics. However, if you turn off the Junk Mail Protection (Tools >
Junk E-mail Protection), mail won't be filtered and you won't need to worry
about it.
