can I display a person's name in a Gantt view in project access?

I have a Gantt view that is almost what I want in project. It displays delays
and the name of the person working on the project. However, when I publish
this so its viewable through project server web access I am unable to get the
same view. Basically it is missing the names of the people working on the
project. I haven’t been able to find away to get that information visible on
the web access view. Is there away? If so, how do I do it?
