Can I do a hard sync with an iPhone and Entourage?

If not, how about with a BlackBerry? (By hard sync, I mean not using
the internet, just going from the desktop app to the iPhone app, via
iTunes, I presume.)

In Entorage 2007 you can go to the preferences->Sync options and then have
outlook sync with iCal and Calendar. If you do this then you can use Itunes
to sync those items.

As for the email messages themselves I don't think you can.

Sync Services does not actually sync to the application but to a database
called the "truth."
