I am using Microsoft Office XP with Works 2001 package - would I be able to
download a copy/version of the template Office Note 2003 programme?

Do you mean OneNote?

If so, you can use OneNote as a stand-alone program but there are features
that work with Office 2003. You would not be able to take advantage of those
features.

And just so you know, you can download a 60-day trial version (or order the
trial CD) but you can't download a non-time-limited version. It will cost
about $100 USD.

In addition, you can find coupons and discounts if you are thorough on the
Web.
