Can I email my address book to another Outlook user in one step?

I need to add an address book i have on one Outlook to another pc also with
Outlook. Is there a way to email this in one step or maybe sync it somehow?

There is no address book in Outlook. All Outlook data is contained in one
file. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all
the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
