Do you use Exchange? If so, post in an Exchange group such as
microsoft.public.exchange.admin, and include your version & SP level.
If you don't use Exchange, or even manage your own mail server in-house,
signatures in Outlook are your only option.
Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
