Hi Dteczar,

You can do a custom installation from Office 2000 to
select only Binder (but it will install the Office full
core set). Haven't seen anyone mention a suitable replacement
with all of the binder features.

You can sometimes do printing by working with document
frames through HTML or other Office app or through an app
that lets you 'print' to a file then print that file with
a common header.
