Can I import a wdb file into Outlook

Can anyone tell me if I can import a address book from Works with a "wdb"
extension inot Outlooks Contcts, and how to do it?

Works can export the database as a CSV (comma-separated values) or text with
tab-separated values file. This can then be imported into Outlook. You
can't import a Works Database file directly.
