can I import a word doc into my address book

I have all my email contact in word. Can I import this into my outlook dist.

You cannot use import to create a DL. You can import any file format that
Outlook supports into your Contacts.

if its in a semi-colon delimited format and has email addresses only, you
can copy and paste it into a DL. You'd need just the create DL section of
http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/create/dl.asp

If you want the data as contacts, it needs to be in 1 row per record format.
