Can I include a flag for follow-up when I forward a vcard?

I frequently forward vcards to colleagues and would like to be able to
include the follow-up flag that I set-up. How can I do this in Outlook 2000?

Don't send a vCard. Instead, create a rich-text Outlook message and insert
the contact as an attached item.
