can I lock my office outlook toolbar? It's always different.

Everytime I open my office outllook to check my e-mail i have new toolbar(s)
add ons and they are always rearranged. Can the toolbar be locked like in
Internet explorer.
I am using Office 2003 Pro with the latest updates.

No - misbehaving add-ins are causing the problem. Poorly written add-ins
have long been known to regularly rearrange the toolbars.
