Can I make a report in word from Access info or querry?

I'm trying to help my school register creating a database from the students
info and grades. This Database will be use to create grades transcrip for
the students. I have two problems 1. Want to know how can Access can ask me
for the Soc sec of the student and hie/her info?? 2. Can I created a
report in WORD from the info obtained from Access? Ideas please!!!!!
