Project2003 and older allow output to HTML format which can be published
anywhere you have permission.
Project2007 no longer supports output to HTML directly. Instead,
Project2007 allows you to save as XML, and has other more robust visual
reporting features into Viso and Excel. All of these technologies are readily
able to create nice looking HTML for web viewing
