Can I put information in outlook 2003 & password protect it? Lik.

I use Palm OS and have just gone to a smarphone. I was using the memo
section of the Palm Desktop to store ss#'s and similar private information.
Palm OS has a feature that allows you to password protect a memo. Does
Outlook have a similar feature?
