Can I recall a message in Entourage?

In OUTLOOK for Mac, if I sent an email and decided that I needed to
"unsend" it or "recall" the message, it was a simple process of selecting the
message from my sent items folder and choosing Recall Message from the
menu bar. Now that I'm using Entourage, I do not see this option available
anywhere!

Is there a way to recall or unsend a message in Entourage?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Just out of curiosity.
Did this feature also make the recipient of the message forget it's content
or that he even read it? If so, how did they do that - beams, woodoo,
telepathy? ;-)

Or did this thing only work because an exchange server is so slow, that you
can actually recall a message before exchange even has a chance to deliver
it?

This is not just joking, i am really puzzeled about such a feature. I always
compared email to snail mail in that respect - once you dropped the letter
into the letterbox, it's too late to recall it...

No. It might be possible with Outlook Web Access, but I'm not sure of that.

No, not because it's slow, but because the e-mail doesn't leave the server,
the sender has the ability to remove the message from the recipient's
mailbox. Other collaboration servers like FirstClass also offer this
feature. Obviously it's only useful if the feature is invoked before the
recipient reads the message.

I seem to remember that Apple's old email program (Name eludes me...
something to do with a dog.) had that feature. I was amazed to see it and
needed it one time really badly. Then they stopped developing the program,
and I have never seen the feature again.

I had just about decided I was dreaming.

Best,
