Can I send email with Macromedia Flash embedded?

I'm trying to send a html web page that has an embedded Flash movie in it.
When I send the email, all I get is the "alternative text" instead of the
flash piece.
The page was created in Front Page and I'm using Outlook 2003. Everything
else on the page displays correctly (graphics, tables and text) except for
the flash.
