Can I Synch Entourage Custom Field 1 with Blackberry User1?

Hi All,
Is there a way to synchronize the Blackberry custom fields (user1 ... user4)
with Entourage Custom Fields? I don't know if I'm asking a client or server
question (or both), but we use Entourage 2004 (11.2.5) on Mac OSX 10.4.x on
client side and Exchange 2003 and BES 4.1 on the server side.
Thanks for any advice.
