Can I turn french as default language on the office 2003 english .

I am a french foreigner student and I would like to know if I can turn french
as default language (for help and menu) on an office 2003 student & teacher
version ?

The Help files will appear in the language of the Office suite that you
purchased and cannot be changed.

You will need to purchase Office in French. No other way round it.
