Can I update Office Student edition to include Publisher cheaply?

I'm using Office Student and Teacher 2003 edition which is licensed for
noncommercial use on up to 3 PC's. I also have one copy of Publisher 2003 but
it is only licensed for 1 PC and I would like to use it on at least one
other. Of course, I could buy another edition of Publisher 2003 but I'm
hoping there is a cheaper option. Any ideas please?

You can install Publisher 2003 on one desktop and one laptop. You will have to use
the activation phone number to explain this.
