Can I upgrade to Office Small Business if I have a trial version?

I just bought a laptop that came with works installed and gave me a free
trial of Office 2003 standard. I need the small business version. Can I just
get the upgrade rather than having to buy the full version of small business
03? Do I just buy the upgrade and install it? I don't want to buy an upgrade
version and have it not work because I need ALL of the programs in the small
business version.

No. You need a "real" version.

you also have to unstall trial version prior to installing retail version.
