Can i use formulas as labels in different worksheet

i wanted to use formula labels in 'Sheet 2' but the original cell is in
'Sheet 1'.

for example if we click the source cell directly, the syntax in 'Sheet 2'
will be "=Sheet1!B2'

Let say B2 is the intersection of Column B is West and Row 2 of Product A,
the syntax of label in "Sheet 2" shall be "=Sheet2!Product A West" but it
returns ERROR (#NAME?)

What shall be the right syntax in this scenario?
