Can I use Outlook .pst files with mac Entourage?

I use Windows XP with Office XP at work, and just bought a new Mac (Powerbook
G4) for home. How can I keep both sets of information synchronized?
I used to use MSN to sync my work & home laptops, but it does not sync Mac
to Windows.

Help!
