Can I use the Office 2003 Proofing Tools with Office XP?

Thanks, the reason I ask is that I cannot find a reseller in South Africa
that still stocks the Office 2002 version of the Proofing Tools, only the
version for Office 2003 version. I do not want to upgrade my Office version
to 2003 unless I have no choice.
