Can I view all files in OneNote

Is it possible to go to one screen where I can see a list of all the files
I've created in One Note?

I'm assuming you mean "see all files that are in different folders".

There's nothing in OneNote to do this, but since all of the sections
correspond to files on the hard drive, a search in Explorer of all *.ONE
files under your "My Notebook" folder will yield this list.
