can I view outlook Calander starting with Sunday for 7 days?

I would like to view my outlook calander as a normal calander. I want to see
it in the month view and the week starting with sun and ending with Sat.

You can by using a one day view and swiping the seven selected days from the date navigator. Or you can select them using the Ctrl button. However, the 7 day view is hard coded and cannot be changed. Outlook 2007 uses the view that you want.
