Can not access scheduling info in entourage...

in general, I have been using entourage for a while now, and had no
trouble when being
invited to a meeting.
However, I have a lot of trouble creating meeting invitations.
Firstly, there does not seem to be a possibility to have a cc: filed
in the invite list (ie == optional in outlook).
Secondly, and more troublesome for me, I can't get it to retrieve the
scheduling information for the invitees... Any hint has to what could
be causing that specific trouble ?
