Can not find project or library

I have designed a template in 2003 and it works beautifully. When users open
it in 2000 they get "Can not find project or library" error and the debug
goes to the left string manipulation function. How can this be fixed.

Seeker,

This issue indicates that you have a missing library reference and has
nothing to do with the "Left" function. To locate the problem, open the
visual basic editor (VBE). Then go to <Tools> then <References> then look for
a checked box that says: MISSING ...

You will need to uncheck this box and find the more current equivalent
library. For example instead of "Word 10.0 Object Library" you may need "Word
11.0 Object Library".
