can not run outlook and can not uninstall office

I got such error on Outlook run:

Microsoft Office Outlook

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is
corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused
by installing other messaging software. Please reinstall
Outlook.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

and when I try to uninstall office i got such error:
---------------------------
Add/Remove Programs
---------------------------
This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the
patch package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a
valid Windows Installer patch package.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------


So I have one question:
how to remove/uninstall Office from my computer or howto
fix office?

please answer ASAP
