Can not see the videoclip at presentation room

We prepare PPT presentations with on or more Video clips included. The
presentation works perfectly on the PC it was created and on a NB it was
copied to.
Some places have theire own presentation server and a seperate presentation
PC, connected via a network. The admin copies all our files onto the server
and the test on this server is successful. The PPT presentation works also
from the remote presentation PC, but the slides with the video included does
not show the clip. What went wrong or what did the admin wrong?

There a limit to the length of the link path to the video file and you are
probably exceeding it.
