Can Public Folder be added in Navigation Pane

Hello,
Is there a way to add a subfolder of Public folders to the Navigation
pane in outlook 2003?

You can add it to the Public Folder Favorites collection and then once
that's done if you want you can add it to the Favorite Folders group if it's
a mail folder but you cannot add it directly to the Navigation Pane.
