Can send but can't receive

I have just set up several users on System 10 with Office 2004. Entourage works on all of the computers except one. On that computer the user can send but not receive E-mails. The Inbox remains blank. I noticed that when I create this particular user Entourage only creates the Junk Mail Folder and the Inbox. On the other computers Entourage creates Sent, Drafts etc.

This account is an Exchange account using IMAP.

Any ideas?
