I'm helping out a friend troubleshoot her mac. She installed and set up her exchange server on her 2008 entourage. She's able to send emails and view her synced calendar contents. However, she can't receive any emails, except she can receive responses from the emails she's sent. The OWA also doesn't seem to be syncing at all. We've emptied out her cached messages, but it didn't resolve anything.
HELP????
