Can u help me? How can I drag a word or excel file in a word2003 file is
editing and display as icon automatically?

If I follow what you are asking I think you need to use Insert/Object
and mark the option "Display as icon". I don't know of a way to embed
a file in current versions of Word as an icon by dragging/dropping.

If I understand what you want to do, drag the file into a Word document,
right-click what appears and choose (whatever object type)>Convert from the
shortcut menu. Put a check in the Display as Icon box & click OK.
