Can You Change The Default View?

Hey folks,

If I'm in Outlook and go to attach a document and browse to a web folder in
My Network Places, the default file list view is WebView. If I change it to
Details, then any future emails I type will open up in Details view.
However, once I close Outlook, the next time I reopen it, the default view is
once again WebView.

Is there anyway to change this behavior? I want it to always be Details
(even when it's a web folder in My Network Places).

Thanks!

You would set the defaults using Word's options. If your normal.dot is set
to open in web view, that is what you will see.

Where in Word's options is this? I've looked them up and down and all around
and can't find the option. How or what would I have to change in Word's
options?
