Can you group an image/clip art with the document page?

Select them. Click 'Group' from the Draw menu. Select the grouped object.
Right-click, select properties, lock the anchor to a paragraph on the target
page (the first heading is usually a good choice).

Thanks for the reply, but is the 'Grouped' object not still simply anchored
to the paragraph, not the page? IOW, if that para - heading or not - flows to
a different page, will the object not go along? The Object isn't actually
Grouped with the document page, is it?

I'm not trying to be contrary, but I don't want to give the OP the wrong
impression :)

Thanks for clarifying - I hope I didn't p*ss you off. That wasn't my intent,
and I apologize if I did. Quite frankly, I was actually hoping that there
*was* a way to do so... I'd find it quite useful!

You can insert section breaks to isolate the page, then anchor the graphics
to that page's header or footer.
