I need to move a user to Exchange how do I get all their settings
imported?

You can enable SyncServices in the Entoruage preferences and set the
Excahnge account as the default one. It will create an Entourage
calendar in iCal.
All you have to do then is to move all your iCal events into the
Entourage calendar in iCal. They shoudl be automatically synchronized
with Entourage.

Thx much for this tip, but have tried this numerous times and still nothing.

Surprised and very disappointed that importing/syncing/exporting our calendars and contacts files is so very, very difficult with MS 2008!

It should be pretty straightforward. Have you updated to 12.1.0 yet??

Sure. Once you have all your eveents in the Entourage calendar, to end
up in Entoruage itself and you can use it exclusively if you want.
