Entourage's HTML layout capabilities are extremely limited. See these pages
for some help.

IMHO, sending complex HTML is not always appreciated by your readers.

HTML Mail:

1. Increases message size
2. Readability issues for folks with vision problems
3. Larger messages can take up more storage quota
4. You remove the recipient's ability to make the message easier for
them to read.
6. You don't always know the "screen" your recipient is using (a 30-inch
monitor, a hi-res iPhone or a 1.5-inch mobile phone screen). Plain text
formats itself to the medium.

Just remember if you send me a request for free help and send it in a font
that is too small for me to read, I just might not reply. You've shown me no
courtesy in sending your request.

Keep in mind that Entourage supports *simple* HTML and not *complex* HTML.

What's the difference?

Consider simple HTML to be like Rich Text Format (RTF). You can stylize
text (add color, bold/italic/underline, justify left/center/right). You
can also insert pictures and simple rule lines.

Consider complex HTML to be like what you'd see in a web browser. That
can include CSS, tables, forms, etc.

The workaround for composing complex HTML is to do it in a Word document
and then use the File --> Send To --> Mail Recipient (as
HTML)... command to send through Entourage. Once in Entourage, the
message can not be edited. That would require Entourage to support
*composing* complex HTML.

Hope this helps!
