Can you use RPC over http(s) with Entourage?

RPC over https is a Outlook 2003/Windows thing only.

But you can use WebDAV to do the same basic thing. So long as you have
Exchange access via Outlook Web Access (OWA) then you can enter your OWA
address as your server and you should be able to connect. Not all
functionality may be available such as LDAP lookups.
