Cancelling a Rule

I set up a rule to put emails from certain people in a specific folder
but I guess I didn't set it up right because all new incomming mail
went there. I tried to delete the rule and start over but it doesn't
show up when I do Tools>Rules. The window is blank, under all the MAIL
POP / MAIL IMAP / MAIL HOTMAIL / etc menues nothing shows up. I deleted
the folder everything was being filed into, and started over with two
new rules, which workfine, except that when I get new mail an error
message comes up saying:

Error: the mailing list rule "timesheet" could not be successfully
executed.
Explanation: The message could not be filed because the destination
folder cannot be found.

So obviously the rule is sitting somewhere. I tried deleting the
preferences for entourage from the preferences folder in my library
(I'm using OS X) but that didn't work.

Check the Mailing List Manager (Tools > Mailing List Manager) for a corrupt
entry. Entries there can be set to move messages.
