There, that's not difficult, is it? Why would you want a template to write
that?

Probably because people don't understand that a template is really for the
format of the document and that they are supposed to supply their own words.
Sometimes they don't think their words are "fancy" enough and then they
expect to find a template with just the right words. And some folks seem to
think they can request a customized template from the Microsoft site.
