purchased a new macbook with sudent edition of Microsoft Office - tried to use exchange and it would not work so i purchased the office mac upgrade version and after downloading the disc i tried to open entourage and i get this error message "This identiy cannot be opened with this version of Entourage" Entourage will not open.
