Cannot accept calendar event

Here's my problems
1. cannot accept or decline calendar invitation
2. Cannot delete a scheduled calendar event from calendar
How do I fix?

What do you see when receiving a meeting invite? What does it mean by
"cannot accept or decline"? What do you see if you try to accept or decline?
