In Excel when we go into Tools...Options it will not allow
us to make any changes. We are getting an error that
refers to a directory on the network that no longer exists
and says: "Cannot access directory 'name of old
directory'. We have uninstalled/reinstalled Excel and
done a repair with no success. Is there a file or setting
somewhere that we can delete or modify so that it does not
look for that old directory? Any suggestions are
appreciated. Thank you for your help
