I can't seem to see or access our company's public folders which have contacts I need to use. They are there when I log on in web access but I can't seem to find a way to locate them through Entourage so I can use them in my Address Book functions.

To see the public folder, you need to make sure it is properly
configured in the settings of your Exchange account.
Unfortunately, not everything in these folders will sync to Entourage.
And if I remember well, contacts in public folders will not sync.

Mail messages, calendars and contacts should all be available to
Entourage. Files such as Word documents will not be available.

For Exchange Server setup instructions have a look here:

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server at work"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeatwork.html>

"Connecting Entourage to an Exchange Server from Home"
<http://entourage.mvps.org/exchange/exchangeathome.html>

These instructions are valid for Entourage 2004 and 2008.

Hope this helps!
