Cannot access "Send As" and "BCC"

Hey Everyone!

This is a strange one. One workstation at one of our clients (Outlook 2003)
cannot access the dropdown options menu to show either the BCC field or the
Send as field.

Has anyone seen this before?

Sure, if the user is using Word as E-mail Editor. I don't use that, so I
don't remember where you set it, but it's there.
