Hi,
I support a total of 1 OSX box on my Network.
My user reported that whenever he went into Entourage and clicked on
his "inbox" the application would crash.
I saw this for myself so I started to look at the possible problems.
First I thought to cleanup his database a bit by deleting his deleted
items. I did this and now, when launch Entourage I get the error
"Cannot access user data" and to rebuild the database. I click OK and
then get the error close all Microsoft Office programs and try again.
I also read about the junk filter issues and it is not turned on on
this system.
What am I seeing here? Whats the best next step to take to get
Entourage working while preseving all user settings?
Is this possibly a size issue? he had an awfull lot of emails in
there...over 2000
Any insight into this is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
MacTard
